Nikon Revamps my Picturetown Photo Sharing Site

Nikon my Picturetown Photo Sharing Site

Nikon’s photo-sharing service is now called my Picturetown. It’s a place where you store and organize your photos and share them with the people who matter most.

The service offers up to 2GB of free storage which should be plenty, but it you need more you can always sign up for their Gold service for up to 20GB of image space (available only in the U.S. and Japan).

A key feature of my Picturetown is easy image uploading. You can post your images 3 ways: send them via WiFi-enabled Coolpix S50c and S51c cameras, batch upload from your computer using my Picturetown’s Quick Upload tool and upload singles images using the Single Selection Upload tool.

The updated site offers new album views, easier photo tagging, slideshow functionality and mobile viewing on Blackberry and DoCoMo phones.
