New Online Photography Courses from Learn to Take Photos

Horse Photography from Learn to Take Photos

The Learn to Take Photos website is offering new online photography courses for spring. Taught by photographers Christina Handley and Laura Cotterman, the new courses include digital photography basics, nature and landscapes, pet and horse photography.

The virtual classroom is said to be attracting hundreds of students from all over the US and Canada in addition to a growing number of students from around the world. Students have two weeks to work on their assignment, ask questions and get help along the way. After completing the assignment, students upload their photos and receive helpful feedback and advice.

The 6 new short courses to start on April 1 are:

• Spring Nature and Landscapes – beautiful landscapes, scenics, flowers and details of nature
• Pet Photography – portraits that capture your pet’s personality and expression
• Digital SLR Photography 101 – learn what all those controls, dials and settings on your DSLR camera are for
• Beginners Guide to Great Photos – tips for taking great looking photos with more impact
• Horses and Humans – contemporary portraits of horses and humans that tell the story of the relationship between horses and their people
• Horse in Action – fast action photography of horses in motion both under saddle and running free
