Lexar Ups Capacity of Premium SDHC, CF Memory Cards

Memory chip maker Lexar Media is releasing new memory cards this month, the Premium 60x 16GB SDHC and the Premium 80x 16GB CompactFlash (CF) cards.

The Premium SDHC memory card is speed-rated at 60x, capable of a minimum sustained write speed of 9MB per second, while the Premium CF memory card is speed-rated at 80x, which represents a minimum sustained write speed of 12MB per second.

The new Lexar Premium SDHC and CF cards include the full version of Lexar Image Rescue 3, Lexar’s image recovery software, and Corel Snapfire Plus SE.
