Kodak Offers HQ Maximum Versatility Single Use Camera

Kodak HQ Maximum Versatility Single Use Camera

What’s a little single-use film camera doing in a digital world? Why, doing a valuable service, of course. There is always a place for the disposable camera, especially when your more expensive camera is not available, or your digital camera’s memory card is full or its battery dead. It is also good to use a disposable camera if you worry about exposing your expensive shooter to dirt and grime.

Eastman Kodak has introduced its new HQ Maximum Versatility Single Use Camera (are you serious about the name?), which uses the Kodak Ektanar lens and its own 800-speed film.

Kodak says their newest single-use camera has a simple, clean and modern design, which is 20 percent smaller than the camera it replaces.

“Easy-to-use, stylish and reliable, consumers can pull it out on the slopes, at a formal gathering or at a children’s birthday party and capture great pictures,” says Laurent Dartoux, General Manager of Film Capture, Eastman Kodak Company.
