Canon today released a total of 15 new models in its various Pixma lines of printers. Ahead of the forthcoming Photokina 2006 on September 26th, companies have been unveiling product lines in large numbers, and today is Canon’s turn.
The company is launching six new photo lab quality printers in its third generation PIXMA range: the iP1300, iP1700, iP3300, iP4300, iP5300 and iP6700D.
In its range of home, office and professional quality photo printers the new entrants are PIXMA mini 260 and entry-level PIXMA mini 220.
In its Photo All-in-One category of printers are the Pixma MP600, MP600R and MP810, all featuring the innovative easy-scroll wheel which is rotated to operate the printer and make selections from the menu.
Additionally, four other new PIXMA Photo All-in-One printer/copier/scanners were also introduced today: Canon MP160, Canon MP180, Canon MP460 and Canon MP510 intended for home users.
