Hasselblad Updates Phocus Software, Firmware

Hasselblad has announced new versions of the Phocus software for Windows and Mac to extend the functionality of the Hasselblad system along with new firmware.

Phocus 1.1.3 for the Mac and Phocus 1.0.2 for Windows offer full digital APO Correction for the HTS1.5 even as it boosts the ISO capabilities for the Hasselblad camera.

The Mac versions features a new Reproduction tool that allows the use of local input profiling and working with a linear response curve has been added in Phocus. In addition, there are extra choices for color read-outs in RGB, LAB, or CMYK.

The Windows platform of Phocus now offers language support in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or Chinese languages. Additionally, Phocus for Windows and Mac now also allows updating of the camera system via firmware.

The new firmware adds support for ISO 800 on H3DII-39 & ISO1600 on H3DII-31 and offers full integration with the H-series camera and the HTS1.5 by updating the firmware.
