Fujifilm Finepix F30 Ups the Ante in Point-and-Shoots

Fujifilm Finepix F30

The Fujifilm Finepix F30 tries to improve on what was already considered the company’s best effort so far, the Finepix F11. Astoundingly, the F30 offers the highest ISO speed of 3200, where most other digicams struggle to offer ISO 400 only. This means more natural colors and sharper pictures even in fast-paced action such as sports or chasing that little tyke for a shoot. It also means the F30 has no rivals in low-light situations among compact cameras.

Did we say point-and-shoot? The Finepix F30, like its sibling the F11, offers manual controls by way of its aperture-priority and shutter-priority shooting mode. Add to that a higher resolution LCD screen with an anti-glare coating, more scene modes for the beginner, an intelligent flash mode, increased battery life and of course that higher ISO 3200 setting and you just might get the best camera of its class.
