Epson Perfection V200 Photo Scanner: High End, Low Price

Epson Perfection V200 Photo Scanner

Just a handful of years ago you could have called this the high end of scanners, with a high price to boot. But today’s Epson Perfection V200 Photo Scanner is just $99, with its 4800 dpi optical resolution and other high-end features.

The V200 is geared for the photo hobbyist, or the mom with a lot of photos to scan for digital safekeeping. It can scan photos or film with just one touch and offers the ability to scan 3D objects with its high-rise 180-degree lid, which can also accommodate thick textbooks and scrapbooks.

The versatile Perfection V200 offers photo restoration and digital dust and scratch correction. It can restore faded color photos with just one touch.

For the advanced photo enthusiast, the new scanner offers precision film scanning to create enlargements up to 14 by 21 inches. It is equipped with a built-in transparency unit to scan 35mm slides and negatives.
