Datacolor Announces “Real New York” Winners

Downtown by Tom McKelvey

The Datacolor-sponsored photo contest, the “Real New York,” has announced its winners from among hundreds of photographs submitted online.

Grand Prize went to Tom McKelvey of Largo, Florida for his entry “Downtown,” pictured above. He wins a trip to the 2010 Photokina trade show happening on September 21-26 in Cologne, Germany.

First runner-up is Richard Brown of Seattle, Washington for his photo titled “Up with Color” and second runner-up is Tom Duggan of New York, NY for his entry “Fishing.” Brown received a Lensbaby Composer while Duggan was awarded a $250 gift certificate to B&H.

The “Real New York” photo contest was held in conjunction with the 2010 New York Photo Festival in May. Datacolor plans to do this every year.
