Canon National Parks Photo Contest

Canon USA is holding free photography workshops this summer at three of America’s most popular national parks. At the same time, Canon kicks off its Second Annual Photography in the Parks photo contest during the summer season.

The free photography workshops will be held on select dates throughout the summer in Yosemite, Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Parks.

World renowned Canon Explorer of Light photographers including Adam Jones and Lewis Kemper, along with other Canon-selected photographers such as Rob and Ann Simpson are conducting the workshops.

The Yosemite National Park workshop is now in full swing (June 15-29), while the Grand Canyon National Park venue will open from July 9-29. The workshop at the Yellowstone National Park will be on August 6-12.

Also, from June 1st to September 29th, photographic enthusiasts are encouraged to submit their favorite photographs from an American park to the Canon Digital Learning Center. Winning photographs in the categories of landscape and wildlife will win a trip to the participating parks of their choice, along with a full suite of Canon photographic equipment.
