Canon Announces 4 New Consumer-Level Printers

Canon USA today announced 4 new inkjet printers aimed at various levels of consumers.

The Canon PIXMA iX7000 is for business owners seeking an in-house solution for their overall printing needs. It features built-in Ethernet connectivity, advanced paper handling, such as Auto Duplex Printing, a three-way paper feed, an extra large paper cassette and the use of PgR technology for printing business materials on plain paper.

The Canon PIXMA MP990 (pictured above) and MP640 Wireless Photo All-In-One printers are designed for the advanced amateur. They have built-in Wi-Fi and both use Canon’s ChromaLife 100+ ink system for printing in maximum resolution of 9600 x 2400 dpi.

The Canon SELPHY ES40 compact photo printer updates the company’s line of portable printer for all-around, anywhere use, perfect for printing images of a child’s first birthday or a loved one’s retirement party which can be distributed to attendees for a keepsake as they leave.
