Bright Child Photo Contest Launched in Philippines

Child21 Book by Philippine Council for the Welfare of Children

The Philippine Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) has launched a photo contest dubbed “Bright Child: Karapatan Nasa Iyo, Isigaw sa Buong Mundo!” which translates to something like, “bright child, you have the right, shout it to the world!”

The photo contest is under the aegis of the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children (RSCWC) based in Iloilo City. It is open to all Filipino photo enthusiasts, amateur and professionals in the Philippines.

All entries must depict the theme “Bright Child: Karapatan nasa ‘yo, isigaw sa Buong Mundo!” Photos should reflect Filipino children as they enjoy their right to a family, rights to survival, development, participation and protection.
