The ATP GPS Photo Finder mini is a portable geotagging device that can record the locations at which pictures were taken and tag the photos with GPS coordinates.
The ATP GPS Photo Finder mini performs geotagging function without the need for a computer and complicated software, according to the company. The user simply activates the Photo Finder mini while taking pictures. After taking pictures, he inserts his camera’s memory card into the corresponding slot on the docking station, attaches the Photo Finder mini as well and then the geotagging process will be carried out automatically.
Geotagged photos can be viewed using websites such as Panoramio, Locr and Google Maps which support geotagging. ATP GPS Photo Finder mini can also produce and export rout date into a “KML” log file that can be opened in Google Earth to display the path users took while Photo finder mini was activated.
The ATP GPS Photo Finder mini retails for $150.
