Apple wants you to try their Aperture workflow software free for 30 days. You just might find it to your liking and Apple hopes that youâ€™d stick with them.
Is competitor Adobeâ€™s Lightroom intro making a dent on Appleâ€™s Aperture? Maybe yes, maybe not. But this could be Appleâ€™s response to Adobeâ€™s overture with their Lightroom, which is also available for free at this time until their development promo ends in February.
Appleâ€™s trial version provides a fully-functional version of Aperture 1.5 with all the features that are available in a licensed copy. The trial version will expire 30 days after you launch it for the first time.
