Akvis Releases Magnifier Version 3.0

Akvis Magnifier is now Version 3.0. The latest image resizing tool for Windows and Mac features a new interface design, new measurement units in metric, and adds support for 64-bit Photoshop CS4 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.

Additionally, Akvis Magnifier 3.0 is now compatible with OS Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) and Windows 7.

The software is billed as an efficient tool to resize digital images. AKVIS Magnifier enlarges digital pictures to super-high resolution producing stunning enlargements and poster-size prints, according to its developers. It is claimed that Magnifier’s algorithm keeps edges smooth, sharp and clearly defined, while improving image appearance by removing unwanted noise and compression artefacts.
