Akvis Releases Enhancer 9.0 with New Focus Mode

Akvis Enhancer 9.0

AKVIS Enhancer v.9.0 has a new Focus mode that allows you to improve sharpness on the whole image or emphasize only a part of it.

Whatever the cause of your photo’s problem – poor or excessive lighting, motion or just plain bad focusing – Akvis Enhancer offers 3 modes that can treat each problem:

1. The new Focus mode, added in Version 9.0, can rescue blurred images by bringing into focus the whole image or only certain parts of it.

2. In Enhancer mode the program brings out details on one single shot by intensifying color transition. The tool is useful in cases when a photo has an uneven exposure.

3. In HDR mode, which is only available in the Standalone version of Enhancer, the HDRI (High Dynamic Range Imaging) technology expands the dynamic range of an image and shows details in both shadows and highlights. Note that you will need several shots of the same scene to generate one HDR-image. But the result can be impressive.

The AKVIS Enhancer Plugin sells for $69. Enhancer Standalone with HDRI support sells for $81. The plugin also comes bundled with AKVIS Noise Buster (noise reduction software) for $83.
