Adobe Offers CS4 Bundles for $200 Less

Adobe Logo

For a limited time (they’ll test to see if this works), Adobe Systems Inc is offering its Creative Suite 4 product bundles for $200 less. For example, the Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium which used to sell for about $800 now retails for just $600. (Slash it by half and maybe we’ll see some movement.)

The deal is for upgrades from an earlier qualifying version of Creative Suite software or Macromedia Studio software. Upgrade pricing is available if you have one of the qualifying previous products and can provide the serial number for that product during installation.

The offer ends on February 28, 2009. If it entices nobody to upgrade, they’d probably think of a sweeter deal. They’ve got to.

(Did you notice that Photoshop CS4 is even bigger now than the 800-pound gorilla that it used to be? The gorilla now wears a space suit with a few more robotic assistants around it “to make what you used to do even faster and easier.” It also requires more computing power.)
