A new website has been launched to address the interests of users of the Four Thirds digital camera system.

The Four Thirds User (FTU) website features news, reviews, photo galleries, tutorials and other articles specific to the system. It is published by the UK-based Write Technology Ltd. who also publishes DPNow.com.

FTU is targeted at users of Olympus, Panasonic Lumix and Leica Digilux Four Thirds digital SLR cameras.

“FTU is all about you and everyone else interested in Four Thirds gear – whether you use a Four Thirds camera or not (yet!). The site is designed to be a platform for discussion, appreciation and sharing of knowledge and imagery,” says Ian Burley, editor and founder of both DPNow.com and FourThirds-user.com.

Until the end of August, FTU is running a prize draw where forum and gallery registrants are automatically entered. That’s right, just go there, participate in the forum discussion, register and view the photo gallery and you could win a brand new Olympus E-510 DSLR.
